Pella’s award-winning music departments came together for two nights of music and fun over the weekend. The annual showcase highlighted performers from Pella’s band, choir, and orchestra ensembles with select solos, duets, small groups, and large bands, and the 2019 state champion Pella Jazz I closing both evenings. Senior Hanna Blom performs with both the jazz and choir groups, and was on stage several times throughout the shows, and says she enjoyed performing with many friends she’s grown up with through the years at Pella High.
