The PCM Boys Track and Field Squad tied for fourth at the North Polk Comet Invitational on Monday. Reed Worth came home third in the 200, Nigel Sperfslage was third in the 110 hurdles, Payton Strovers jumped 21 feet ten inches to win the long jump, and Issac Telfer was third in the shot put. The Mustangs also garnered third place in the 4×100 and won the shuttle hurdle and 800 sprint medley relays. PCM will now set its sights on the Heart of Iowa Track Meet in Nevada on Thursday.

North Polk Comet Invitational Results

The PCM Soccer Squads split their matches against Green County with the girls getting a 4-0 shut out. It is the second straight win and bagel recorded for the Mustangs who did not score in their first four matches have now scored seven times in the last two. The boys lost to class 1A #6 Green County on Monday 6-0. The Mustangs fall to 6-3 on the season.
