The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. The council approved a change order to the 2019 Street Improvement Project. Knoxville City Manager Aaron Adams tells KNIA/KRLS News the change order was needed to approve the purchase of just over 92 tons of gravel needed for the project. Following the approval, the council adjourned into a closed session to discuss personnel issues.
