The Melcher-Dallas Softball Squad fell in an extra inning thriller 7-4 to their arch rivals Twin Cedars. The Saints held a 2-0 lead after the third innings when Twin Cedars went ahead 3-2 in the sixth, but Melcher-Dallas tied it in the sixth and sent it to extra innings, The Sabers scored there runs in the top of the eight and held on for the win. Riley Enfield went 2/4 with two RBI and a home run in the eight. Emilie Krpan pitched all eight innings striking out five. The baseball game was not as close with Melcher-Dallas falling 11-0. Dalton Levell went 2/2 for the Saints.
