As the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce prepares for this year’s Knoxville Nationals the chamber will be hosting an opportunity for community members to learn more ways to be a welcoming community for race fans. The chamber will be hosting Hospitality Training on Thursday, July 18th from 10:00-11:00 am and again from 5:00-6:00 pm at Celebrate Church in Knoxville. Director of the Chamber, Hannah Vander Veer tells KNIA/KRLS News Ginny Krichau, Director of Patient Experience at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics will teach attendees about ways to exceed customer expectations as well as how to understand the potential that negative feedback offers. Cost to attend the training is free for Knoxville Chamber members and employees and $10 for any non-members. Coffee Connection will provide coffee and snacks for all attendees.
