The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting two sessions of Hospitality Training on Thursday, July 18th from 10 am to 11 am and again from 5 pm to 6 pm. Director of Patient Experience at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, Ginny Krichau will be conducting the training which will take place at Celebrate Church in Knoxville. Krichau tells KNIA/KRLS News the training will focus on reminding people what hospitality means and what it looks like. Krichau says they will discuss feedback from visitors including negative feedback and how to utilize it. Hospitality Training is meant to help the people of Knoxville be a welcoming community for race fans who flock to Knoxville during Nationals according to Knoxville Chamber Director Hannah Vander Veer. Cost to attend the training is free for Knoxville Chamber members and employees and $10 for any non-members. Coffee Connection will provide coffee and snacks for all attendees.
