In the final home game of the year, the Pella baseball team found their 10th win in impressive fashion, defeating Perry 11-3. Head Coach Jesse Jablonski says Ryan Mace pitched well with good defense behind him, and they had production from all parts of the lineup. Mace gave up 2 earned runs in five innings, striking out 10. He says they also had several come off the bench into roles they might fill come Friday night. Mace, River Baker, Kamden Lambert, and Nick DeJong all record doubles, with Nick Grandia stealing two bases and two RBI games from Baker, Grandia, Lambert, and Warren Page. The Dutch are now 10-22 and their final regular season game comes tonight at ADM.
