With the 59th Annual Knoxville Nationals just around the corner, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is providing Hospitality Training for employers and individuals interested in learning more ways to be a welcoming community to race fans. The chamber will be hosting the training in two separate sessions tomorrow. The first session will be held from 10 am to 11 am with the second being held from 5 pm to 6 pm. Both sessions will take place at Celebrate Church in Knoxville with Coffee Connection providing coffee and snacks for all attendees. The Hospitality Training will teach attendees ways to exceed customer expectations as well as how to understand the potential that negative feedback offers. Cost to attend the training is free for Knoxville Chamber members and employees and $10 for any non-members.
