The Knoxville Public Library will now re-open on Thursday, August 15th following a slight delay on delivery of shelving end-panels and signage according to Knoxville Public Library Director Roslin Thompson. The library closed their temporary location at the old East Elementary building on July 12th as the library began their move to their newly renovated and expanded permanent location. Despite the delay the library’s grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony is still scheduled for Saturday, August 24th at 10 a.m.
