The Warren County Engineer’s Office recently demolished their condemned County Shop building in Indianola, off of E Iowa and N 6th St. A new facility is currently under consideration by the Warren County Board of Supervisors to be replaced with a new building set to be constructed on Nevada St. south of Indianola. Warren County Engineer David Carroll tells KNIA News that new facilities for the Engineer’s office, despite an upfront cost, would be a cost-savings measure for the county.
