The Indianola Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the Indianola Chamber of Commerce, Indianola Kiwanis, and Rotary Club of Indianola held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new all-inclusive playground at Pickard Park Tuesday afternoon. President of the Indianola Kiwanis Susan Glick tells KNIA News watching the community come together to celebrate the new park shows that Indianola is a community that cares, and this couldn’t be done without many groups working together. The all-inclusive playground holds equipment that can be used by all, regardless of ability.
