The Indianola boys golf team started off their season Monday, playing at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in a tournament hosted by Linn-Mar, and placed 6th in a crowded field of 14 teams. The Indians shot a team score of 321, just 13 shots behind first place with a 308. Top golfers for the Indians were Tom Krapfl with a 78, and Max Trembly and Jackson Overton each shooting a 79. The Indians will next travel back to Cedar Rapids for a tournament Thursday, golfing at Elmcrest Country Club hosted by Cedar Rapids Washington.
