The Pleasantville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will consider the policies and procedures contract for the Pleasantville Police Department as well as payment application number four to Iowa Civil Contracting. They will consider a parcel split application for 455 Jesup Street as well as a sewer adjustment for 706 and 708 Lily Lane. An Eagle Scouts project will be considered as well as a quote for demolition for 407 N Douglas St. A resolution regarding the disposal of an interest in the property by sale, auction or bid will be considered as well as a public hearing being set. The council will consider a sewer adjustment for 105 E North St. as well as a resolution authorizing settlement, including  the acceptance of a confession of judgment and the payment of settlement funds in the amount of $10,000, in the matter of the City of Pleasantville v. McConnell, concerning real estate located at 405 E Monroe St. They will consider a sewer adjustment for 208 W Broadway St. as well as consider the purchase of used dump truck. The council will consider pay application number eight to TK Concrete for the Shadle Park parking lot as well as a Snyder & Associates contract amendment for Shadle Park improvements.
