Pella Regional Health Center’s Medical Clinic in Knoxville is offering a new Walk-In Clinic for the people of Knoxville and surrounding areas. The clinic located at 1208 N Lincoln St. is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and allows residents to avoid trips to the Emergency Department for needs that do not require an emergency level of care. Nurse Practitioner Jana Rus with the clinic tells KNIA/KRLS News patients can go online and make an appointment or just walk-in and check-in with the receptionist. Rus says the clinic can treat symptoms such as upper respiratory problems, sore throat, ear infection, sinus infection, minor injuries, urinary tract infection, Allergic reactions, minor rash or skin infection, minor burns, insect bites, minor animal or human bites, fever, pink eye, and flu symptoms.
