As the residents of Knoxville and the surrounding communities take advantage of the new amenities at the newly renovated and expanded Knoxville Public Library, they are reminded of the upcoming programs being hosted at the library throughout the month of September. Assistant Director, Staci Stanton tells KNIA/KRLS News the library staff is excited to be able to utilize the new program room that is free for anyone to reserve. Stanton says the library will sometimes offer refreshments during the programs, but she says mainly they just asked that residents bring themselves as well as maybe a friend and just enjoy the programs that are offered. Some of the upcoming programs being hosted at the library in September include The Stiletto Girls on September 9th, The History of the Hershey Chocolate Company on September 11th, Tomorrow is Another Day with Kathy Wilson on September 17th and Local Author Ashley Lovell on September 23rd.
