The 53rd Annual Pancake Day hosted by Indianola Kiwanis is coming up on September 21st, serving as the largest fundraiser of the year for the club. President Susan Glick tells KNIA News Pancake Day began as a part of the Ridiculous Days celebration a long time ago, and after a couple of date changes it is still running strong. Glick also said the proceeds from this event go towards many of the projects Kiwanis is involved in, most of which are local and stay right here in the community. The 53rd Annual Pancake Day will run from 6:30 to 11:30am at the American Legion Hall.
