A gas leak has been reported at the Pleasantville High School according to Pleasantville Schools Superintendent Tony Aylsworth. Alyworth says a smell of gas was reported early Monday and Mid American Energy was called to find the source. School has been canceled today due to the gas smell and all students, staff and others are asked to stay away from the high school and junior high school until instructed otherwise. Alyworth says a follow up message will be sent out later today regarding junior high and junior varsity events. Stay tuned to KNIA and KRLS as updates become official.
