The Pleasantville volleyball team traveled to Martensdale-St. Marys Saturday for a tournament. The Trojans played five games and went 3-2 on the day. The day opened with 2-0 wins over hosting MSTM and Earlham. The first loss of the day came against Montezuma, a 2-1 decision. The Trojans bounced back with a 2-0 sweep of Van Meter. The tournament ended with a 2-1 loss to Southeast Warren.

The Trojans are now 15-7 on the season. They’ll return to West Central Conference action Tuesday evening at West Central Valley.
