The Pella School Board decided against entering full-service child care at their meeting this week. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says they were approached this summer to consider adding a childcare component in partnership with local businesses and the Pella Early Learning Center. Ebeling says the district still intends to explore facilities needs over the next year, especially as it relates to potential expansion of preschool options and current space constraints at Jefferson Intermediate School.
