KNIA/KRLS held their Knoxville School Board Candidate Forum Wednesday evening at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center.  All five candidates: Cheri Gerdes, Larissa Van Donselaar, Billy Burkhart, Ann Fields and Dave Smith participated in the forum and had a chance to answer questions and share their views and opinions in front of a live audience. The candidates answered questions as to why they wanted to be elected and what they would bring to the Knoxville School Board. Dr. Bob Leonard moderated the forum, which was broadcast live on 95.3 KNIA. Approximately 60 people attended the forum. The school board election is on Tuesday, November 5th.
