The Melcher-Dallas Saints have three things on the sports calendar this week. The volleyball squad starts it off Tuesday traveling to Southeast Warren to take on the Warhawks in a class 1A regional opener. Cross country will try to make a run to state at the qualifying event at Marshalltown on Thursday. Boys runner Emery Sage has had a great season at 17th in the latest Iowa Track Coaches Association poll. Friday the Football squad ends the season at Collins/Maxwell.
