The next Indianola Parks and Rec Tunes and Treats concert will be tomorrow, featuring ragtime pianist Rod Biensen. Becky Lane with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News the free concert will take place from 1-2pm, and is sponsored by the Music Performance Trust Fund through the cooperation of the Des Moines Musicians’ Association. Previous Tunes and Treats concerts have featured jazz pianist Max Wellman and local band the Indianola Jazz Combo.
