The Pella Public Library is hosting a program as the holiday season approaches for those with a family member or friend who needs gluten free food. Elizabeth Edwards (aka Chef Zabeth) as she presents the program “Gluten Free Holiday Harvest Cooking” on Monday, November 11 at 6:30 p.m. She will share recipes and ideas for stuffing, pies, green bean casserole and more. She’ll give tips and answer questions from all who need to eat gluten free or cook for someone who needs gluten free food. This program is free and open to the public and will be held in the Pella Public Library Meeting Room.
