The prospects for the Twin Cedars Cross Country Program is sky high for 2020. Coach Trent Verwers tells KRLS Sports along with Rylee Dunkin, who finished seventh at the State Meet, but a team that has some tough minded girls who will do anything asked of them. The Sabers will return the entire team for the 2020 season.
