The Pella Christian girls basketball team is getting set to start the 2019-20 season early next week, with several talented teams to kick off the preseason slate.

The Eagles will open the new year Monday hosting Van Meter, a team that was 18-5 in 2019, and against Montzeuma, who wound up in the semifinals of the 1A state tournament.
Head Coach Brad Engbers says the early season difficulty ended up with a positive result last year, he’s hoping for a similar story this winter.

While the Eagles will have two home games to start the year, the first broadcast of Pella Christian basketball will be on Tuesday, December 3rd at ADM. Hear all of the Eagles boys-girls doubleheaders during the weekdays this winter on 92.1 KRLS and the KRLS2 stream.
