A North Dakota man was arrested Sunday following reports of a runaway juvenile in Knoxville. According to court documents, on Friday, officers responded to a report of a missing juvenile in Knoxville. The mother of the victim stated to police that she did not know what happened to her daughter following school on Friday. On Sunday, law enforcement was made aware of a juvenile female who matched the description of the victim leaving a hotel in Knoxville with a 20-year-old African American male in a white Mercury Mountaineer. Law enforcement was able to locate the vehicle on Highway 5 near Carlisle. When officers stopped the vehicle, they found the juvenile in the vehicle with 20-year-old Alvis Sayee of Fargo, North Dakota. Upon further investigation, Sayee admitted to having sexual intercourse with the child on multiple occasions Sayee was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse 3rd degree, a class C felony, enticing a minor under the age of 16, a class D felony and harboring a runaway, an aggrivated misdemeanor.
