The Melcher Dallas Saints will kick off their season tonight in an away game against the Wayne Falcons. Both teams are coming off tough seasons with Melcher Dallas finishing last year 3-16, and the Wayne Falcons finishing 8-13. 

Even with only one senior returning this year, Lilly Bennett, MD Head Coach Kelsey Goff isn’t worried about experience for this team, with 4 returning juniors who played a lot last year.

“I do have starters that are back, 4 of them that are juniors, that had a lot of playing time, have a lot of experience playing varsity, so between those lady’s, i look forward to having a lot of leadership, and experience out there”

First tip for the Saints and Falcons is at 7:30 p.m. at Wayne High School.
