
A Oskaloosa man was arrested this Thursday following a traffic stop on Highway 5 near Pleasantville. According to court documents during the stop officers found multiple drug paraphernalia belonging to the driver, 37-year-old Justin Shrader. Shrader was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail. While being booked, officers located a piece of Methamphetamine weighing 6 grams inside Shrader’s underwear. Shrader was charged with a controlled substance violation, a class B felony, possession of contraband in a correctional institute, a class D felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
