The Knoxville Public Library is currently hosting a traveling display on the history of the book.  This exhibit is the result of a creative collaboration between the Iowa Center of the Book and the University of Iowa Center for the Book. 

The exhibit is intended to bring to life the invention of writing, paper and books, telling the book’s story to both children and adults. The display consists of historically accurate replicas of the book throughout history.

The exhibit will be at the library until January 13th, 2020.
