Funeral services for Phyllis M. (Van Wyk) Zylstra, 64, of Pella will be held
Monday, December 30, 2019 at 10:30 am at Calvary Christian Reformed Church, Pella. Interment will be made in the Oakwood Cemetery at Pella. Visitation will begin Sunday and the family will be present Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 pm at Calvary Christian Reformed Church. Memorial contributions may be designated for Hospice of Pella and Calvary Christian Reformed Church video ministries.
