After 6 games, the Pleasantville girls basketball team couldn’t ask for a much better start to their season. They are currently 4-2, with their first loss not coming until game 5. Unfortunately, they ran into a tough matchup against juggernaut Des Moines Christian, which they lost 69-50.

Senior Josie Hutchings leads the team in points, averaging 9 per game, and following her with 8.2 each, are Sophomores Adi Adreon and Malorie McKinney. 

The Trojans will be back on the court on January 3rd at Interstate 35, with the game broadcast live on the KNIA3 stream.
