When 2019 comes to an end next week, it will also mark the end of an era at Iowa Realty in Knoxville. Long-time owners and managers Randy and Sheryl Chambers will be stepping aside and turning the managerial duties over to Annie Leonard. Sheryl Chambers tells KNIA/KRLS News she and her husband Randy decided to make the move to focus on better customer service. Chambers says after owning and managing the Knoxville office for more than 15 years she felt it was the right time to make the move. The managerial change will take effect Wednesday, January 1st.
