The Warren County Attorney’s Office has had to deal with not only an uptick of criminal cases the office has had to prosecute, but also with the number of projects the county is currently attempting to complete. Warren County Attorney Doug Eichholz tells KNIA News working with several departments and private businesses on the Warren County 911 update has been a big part of the year.
“This year has been busy for our civil attorney, working with the 911 Commission, working with the Board of Supervisors on acquiring property so we can place towers that will be a part of this system, then also acquiring radios that will be the mainstay of this system and working with all the different departments on that, so she’s been busy trying to put all those components together so we can take the next step and implement this new system.”
Eichholz also said the rise in the number of criminal cases his office had to work was approximately 255 more compared to 2018.
