The Indianola wrestling team returns to Little Hawkeye Conference action tonight as they welcome the Tigers of Grinnell to Indianola High School. The Indians are coming off of a sweep in the Warren County Duals on Saturday, and currently sit undefeated in conference duals. Head coach Clint Manny tells KNIA Sports the squad is performing well, but there is always room to grow as the second half starts.

“We’re still not 100% at our best lineup, I don’t think any team across the state is yet. People are still trying to get weights figured out, the hard training sessions getting people banged up, every team is that way right now. But I think there is definitely room to improve our lineup at this point, and that’s exciting looking at the second half.”

Action starts tonight at 7:30pm.
