New courses will be offered to Pella Community School District students in the next academic year. At the school board meeting this week, the board approved a new round of classes for students to try. Several courses are being added to build an early childhood education program, which will be created in conjunction with Central College and DMACC. The goal is for students to have a way to earn a Child Development Associate Credential. Spanish V will also be offered to high school seniors who are aiming to continue learning the language after school.
