Tickets are still available for the 2020 National Balloon Classic Winter Gala, serving as one of the major fundraisers for the summer festival. The gala, themed as Winterglow on the River, runs from 5:30 until midnight at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown Hotel on February 8th.
