Presidential Candidate Tom Steyer made a stop in Knoxville Wednesday.  Steyer, who is running for the Democratic nomination for the 2020 Presidential Election, held a Town Hall event at Baggio’s Italian Restaurant for a crowd of approximately 50 people. Steyer spoke about the ways Iowa farmers can lead the fight against climate change as well as how he can be the candidate to beat President Trump. This was Steyer’s second visit to Knoxville since he declared his candidacy for president in July of 2019.
