The Pella School Board received details about a new type of district climate survey at their meeting this week. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says this time of the year is usually a time the board and administrators evaluate what is going on in each of their buildings, and this survey was meant to get a gauge on how staff feels about the overall direction of the district. In addition to the survey, Ebeling says the board held his annual review over the past few meetings and discussed several of their goals.
