Local residents north of Lake Red Rock in the Pella and Otley areas will have one location to caucus with the Republicans and six across the area for Democrats. Any republican voter living in the Pella, Lake Prairie or Otley precincts will caucus at Madison Elementary, located at 950 E University Street in Pella.
