The Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad brought their defense all the way to Davis County last night, pummeling the Mustangs 67-26 completing an undefeated South Central Conference season at 12-0. The Panthers got off to a hot start leading 16-4 after one quarter and never looked in the rear view mirror. Katie Keitges led the way with 28 points and Maggie Wilkins scored 27. Knoxville is now 18-1 on the season. The boys still without leading scorer Kieren Nichols held a lead late only to fall to Davis County 52-48. Luke Keitges had 14 to lead the Panthers and Mike Hudson scored 11. Knoxville falls to 11-7 and finishes the South Central Conference season 8-4. The girls travel to Carlisle on Monday while the boys are off until Tuesday traveling to Martesndale-St. Mary’s
