The Pleasantville basketball teams are back in action tonight, making the trip to Ogden for West Central Conference action. The Trojan girls will try to get back in the win column after falling to Interstate 35 on their home court on Tuesday. It will be a good opportunity to bounce back, as Ogden comes in with only five wins on the season. Head Coach Jeff Cook says that his team will have to play well against this last stretch of opponents to conclude the season.
“We’ve got three more opportunities for wins, and we’re going to have to play hard to do that because that’s three pretty good basketball teams left to play. So we’ll have to see what we can do.”
The Pleasantville boys will try to pick up their second consecutive win in their matchup. The Trojans have not won back to back games since the first two games of the season, and will look to pick up some steam heading into the postseason. Ogden will try to bounce back after falling on the road to Panorama on Tuesday.
Action gets underway at 6:00 p.m. with the girls game, and the boys to follow at around 7:45.
