The Pella Public Library is hosting winter reading programs for all residents. Youth Services Librarian Katie Dreyer says they are holding a reading challenge throughout the month of February with four hours of reading earning entries into a drawing for a family fun night prize. Dreyer says they are also bringing back a “life-sized” game on Saturday, February 15th from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., this time with Chutes and Ladders. She says the game is available for all ages and will be played in 20 minute time slots. Contact the Pella Public Library for more details about reading programs and to sign up for a timeslot for the life-sized game, as registration is required.
