The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will host a Lunch and Learn event next week that will feature information about the accounting program Quickbooks. Attendees will get the opportunity to hear from Knoxville City Council Member and Veterinary Practice Manager at MW Veterinary Management in Des Moines, Jyl DeJong. DeJong will use her experience with Quickbooks to offer tips and helpful hints about operating the program. DeJong will focus on how Quickbooks can assist you in your business, how to use the main features of Quickbooks and If Quickbooks is right for your business. The Lunch and Learn event will take place at Knoxville Public Library on Thursday, February 20th, at noon. The session will be in Program Room B. Lunch is not included, but attendees can feel free to bring their own. Lunch and Learn sessions are free to all Knoxville Chamber of Commerce members and $10 to all non-members. Anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP prior to the event.
