The Pleasantville FFA Alumni are currently looking for help with their annual tram fundraiser during the Iowa State Fair. The alumni will host a meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3rd in the Ag Room at the Pleasantville High School to discuss the fundraiser plans moving forward. Instead of appointing one to two leaders of the entire fundraiser, the alumni are hoping to establish a committee that will work together to lead the project. This will reduce the time commitment that was required in previous years. They will establish three to four committee member leaders that will each be responsible for two to four days during 2020 Iowa State Fair, as opposed to the entire 10 days. One person will be appointed as liaison between the Iowa State Fair and the committee. The state fair tram fundraiser is the largest fundraiser for the alumni program. The money raised goes back to FFA students. Anyone interested in helping does not to be a Pleasantville FFA Alumni member to be on the committee.
