A 4-18 season would be frustrating for any basketball program. The Twin Cedars boys had just one victory when late January hit when the Sabers won three of five from January 27th-February 11th. Coach Blake McWilliams credits his guys for staying with the program and not rolling over as some teams would.

McWilliams:
“Credit to all those boys and they stayed the course and worked hard, and at the end of the year it turned into a couple of wins here and there which was good to see.”

Three seniors depart a very young and inexperienced team that started the year. McWilliams adds with the experience, he hopes the future is bright for the Twin Cedars program.
