The Pella Christian boys basketball team is state bound for the 15th time in school history after defeating South Hamilton 52 to 30, in a broadcast heard live on 92.1 KRLS Saturday. The Eagles led wire to wire, and never looked back after pulling ahead by double digits early in the second quarter. Pella Christian was led by Josh Van Gorp and his 12 points, and 10 points from Keean Cadwell. The Eagles improve to 13*10, and qualify for state for the 12th time under future Hall of Fame coach Larry Hessing. Pella Christian will learn their state tournament opponent Monday after seeds are determined.
