The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow. The board will hold a public hearing regarding the fiscal year 2021 proposed Marion County Budget. Following the public hearing they will consider resolutions for the adoption of the fiscal year 2021 budget and elected official’s salaries. The board will consider a resolution regarding Marion County fund designation from Local Sales and Services Tax revenues in fiscal year 2021 as well as a resolution regarding approval of fiscal year 2021 Iowa Department of Transportation Secondary Road Budget. They will also consider approval of the Marion County fiscal year 2021 through 2025 Construction Five Year Program. The board will discuss and take action as necessary regarding the renewal of a class C liquor license including catering privileges, outdoor service and Sunday sales for Slideways in Knoxville. They will discuss and take action as necessary regarding Marion County property/casualty coverage and the Secondary Road Department activity update. They will hold annual evaluations for the Marion County IT Director and County Zoning. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the Marion County Courthouse.
