The Pella School Board approved the 2020-21 teacher salary settlement at their work session Monday. A resolution approved increased salary and benefits by three percent for the upcoming fiscal year. The board also approved total salary and benefits package changes for support staff, administrators, and non-certified employees, all of which came in at approximately 2.8 percent. A contract proposal for drivers education was approved with Street Smarts, LLC & Training Wheels Driver Education and received a presentation about the Urban Renewal Plan for the Prairie Ridge Housing Development.
