The Pella Opera House is bringing “The Diary of Anne Frank” to the stage. This performance by the National Players on Tuesday, March 24 at 7 pm shares the well-known story of Anne Frank and is part of the 2019-20 season of shows at the Opera House. In 1941 Amsterdam, 13-year-old Anne Frank goes into hiding with her family from the Nazis. For the next two years, she never leaves the attic where her family is concealed. National Players brings the true story of this young girl that is often read in school to the stage in hopes of inspiring the next generation to stand up for justice.
