Perry Willoughby, of Melcher, passed away March 9, 2020 at the age of 62. Services will be Monday, March 16, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church in Melcher-Dallas. Interment will follow at the Dallas Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the Church. Memorials may be made to Perry’s family to be designated at a later date.
